Some of our guests have still been reporting problems trying to book rooms at the Sheraton at our discounted rates. I have personally called the 1-888 toll free number and confirmed that the staff is unable to help.

As a result, if trying to book by telephone, please call our reservation co-ordinator Karen at 1-206-287-5584 directly and she will help you out. As well, the online reservation link here should work: http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/chungli2011.

Note that our block rates expire on Wednesday, April 13 this week so please book your rooms soon!

Gift Registry

We have had many of our guests ask us, "Where is your gift registry?"

The answer is, "We have no gift registry."

We took stock of our collective belongings and decided that adding more "things" to the mix was just unnecessary and wasteful.

For instance, we already have:

• silverware, plates, pots, pans, wine glasses, salt & pepper shakers, spice racks, chopsticks
• tablecloths, curtains, clocks, toasters
• linens, towels, bedsheets, bed covers, comforters, pillow cases
• picture frames, candles
• pajamas

We do not have, but nor do we want:

• napkin rings
• candlesticks
• vases
• kitchen gadgets
• wine accessories
• champagne flutes
• personalized knick-knacks
• Snuggies
• bedpans
• etc.

Of course, enveloped gifts are appreciated--especially those that have a pictures of the 22, 24, or 25th President of the USA on them... just kidding!
